The terminal harness usually consists of five components:
1, Conductor is the basic structure of conductor for current or electromagnetic transmission. Generally, the conductor material is copper, tinned copper, copper clad steel and other metals with strong conductivity.
2, Insulating layer, which covers the periphery of wire and cable conductors, is a component that mainly plays the role of electrical insulation to ensure the normal transmission function of the wire and ensure the safety of external things and people.
3, The shielding layer is the protective layer that isolates the electromagnetic field of the wire and cable from the external electromagnetic field or isolates the different wires inside the wire and cable product from each other.
4, Protective sleeve: When the protective sleeve is installed and operated in different environments, it must have parts that protect the whole product, especially the insulation layer.
5, Filler: during the processing of terminal harness, due to the gap of conductor, cotton thread, Mylar and other fillers are added to ensure the roundness of the cable.
